Delivery Information

At Urmston Interiors, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient delivery service. Below are the details regarding our delivery process, estimated timescales, and policies.

Delivery Timescales & Locations

  • We strive to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. However, please note that deliveries to certain postcodes or during peak periods may take longer.
  • We will always use reasonable efforts to meet the agreed delivery date.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or external disruptions beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange the earliest available alternative delivery slot.

Multiple Item Orders

  • If your order contains multiple items, we will deliver all items together once everything is in stock.
  • However, in some cases, it may be necessary to make separate deliveries, depending on supplier stock levels.

Missed Deliveries & Additional Charges

  • If a delivery date has been confirmed and the customer is not available to receive it, a failed delivery charge of £45 + VAT may apply.
  • If the delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, health and safety concerns, or failure to provide necessary entry clearance, the full delivery and collection costs will be charged.
