Welcome to Urmston Interiors. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice.
Klarna – Flexible Payment Options
We offer Klarna’s secure payment solutions in partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
Payment Options:
✔ Pay in 3 – Spread the cost across three equal instalments.
✔ Pay Later – Defer payment as per Klarna’s terms.

Delivery Policy
Delivery Timescales & Locations
✔ We aim to deliver as soon as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.
✔ We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates.
✔ External factors such as weather conditions or supply chain disruptions may cause delays. If this happens, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
Multiple Item Orders
✔ If an order includes multiple items, we will deliver them together once all stock is available.
✔ In some cases, separate deliveries may be necessary, subject to supplier availability.
Missed Deliveries & Additional Charges
✔ If a delivery date is confirmed and the customer is not available, a £45 + VAT re-delivery charge may apply.
✔ If a delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, health and safety concerns, or failure to provide entry clearance, full delivery and collection costs will be charged.

Exchanges
We permit exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
✔ The item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
✔ The customer covers the exchange fee of £54.50 (£41 + VAT) for collection and redelivery.
✔ If exchanging for an item of greater or lesser value, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations
✔ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Made-to-order items are custom-built, and we allow a 48-hour cooling-off period after placing the order for free cancellation.
✔ After 48 hours, a £45 + VAT cancellation fee applies.

Assembly & Associated Costs
✔ We do not accept returns on used or assembled furniture.
✔ Once assembly has started, the item is considered accepted.
✔ Assembly/disassembly services start from £30.
Promotions & Discounts
End-of-Line & Clearance Items
✔ Items marked as ‘End of Line’ or ‘Clearance’ are discontinued. We cannot source replacement parts or offer exchanges.
✔ All clearance items are brand new, but are sold as seen, which is reflected in the price.
✔ This does not affect your statutory right to a refund in cases of faults.
Promotional Offers
✔ Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
✔ Discounts apply only to new orders placed within the promotional period.
✔ No retrospective discounts will be applied after purchase.
✔ If part of an order is returned, any promotional discount may be adjusted accordingly.
✔ The sales countdown banner applies only to selected stock items and may change regularly.
Damaged & Faulty Items
✔ Check the packaging and all parts upon delivery.
✔ Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
✔ If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will:
✔ Offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on availability.
✔ Require photographic evidence to verify the damage.
✔ Self-assembly damage is not covered, but we will replace faulty parts if available (excluding clearance items).
